All full Council meetings will be held in Tanyard Hall, 30 Station Road, Gomshall and will commence at 8 p.m. unless otherwise stated.
Planning Committee meetings will be held at 7.15 p.m. immediately prior to each Council meeting. Any additional Planning Committee meetings will be advertised on the notice boards at least three clear working days before the meeting.
Other Committee meetings will be advertised on the notice boards and the website at least three clear working days before the meeting.
THE PUBLIC AND THE PRESS ARE INVITED TO BE PRESENT AT ALL MEETINGS AND THERE WILL BE A SHORT ADJOURNMENT OF APPROXIMATELY 15 MINUTES HALFWAY THROUGH THE MEETING TO ENABLE THE PUBLIC TO ASK QUESTIONS OR TO ADDRESS THE COUNCIL
