The archives are in reverse chronological order, so to find what you are looking for scroll down the page and then click on a green link to download the document you are looking for. If you prefer, you can click on the magnifying glass in the menu bar above, and then type a search term into the provided box (eg planning committee 2014 will show all planning meetings from that year) and hit return to start your search.
